When Digikwal is not a good fit
Not every organisation is looking for the same way of working together, and that is okay.
Digikwal is probably not the best fit when:
Immediate 24/7 service is expected
You operate in a highly regulated sector with mandatory certification
You only want a standalone project with no follow-up
Existing choices cannot be discussed
IT is primarily used ad hoc and without structure
That does not mean this is wrong, but another approach will probably be a better fit.
In that case, a different way of working together will probably feel better for both you and us.
Some organisations fall just outside these boundaries but may still be a good fit if the environment is manageable and expectations are clear. We always discuss this in advance.
