When Odoo is a good fit
Separate systems start getting in each other’s way
Odoo is worth considering when data is entered several times, processes are spread across separate tools or you lack a reliable overview.
That is why we do not start with a list of modules. We first map how sales, delivery, administration and customer contact currently work. Then we decide what belongs in Odoo and what is better kept outside it.
Odoo is a preferred platform for integrated business processes at Digikwal, not a solution we impose in every situation.

We consider the required functions, licence costs, manageability and room for customization. Digikwal can work with Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise.
We make that choice before implementation. This prevents a cheap start from becoming unnecessarily expensive later or paying for functions you do not use.

Already using Odoo? We first assess the current setup, technical condition and expectations. An isolated issue or arbitrary module job is not automatically a good fit.
