General Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all products, services and transactions of Digikwal.
  2. Digikwal is registered in the Netherlands and located at Genemuidengracht 72, with Chamber of Commerce number 92704301.
  3. Digikwal reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is available on our website.
  1. Our services are provided according to the specifications agreed in a written agreement or quotation.
  2. Digikwal reserves the right to reject a request if necessary.
  3. Any changes to the services will be made in consultation with the client.
  1. Invoices must be paid within the payment term stated on the invoice.
  2. Payments are made by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. If payment is not made within the agreed term, we reserve the right to suspend the services until payment has been received.
  4. For overdue payments, we reserve the right to charge statutory interest and collection costs.
  1. Services are provided within the agreed period as recorded in the order confirmation or agreement.
  2. We endeavour to adhere to the agreed schedule. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, of which we will inform you as soon as possible.
  3. If changes to the schedule are necessary, they will be made in consultation with the client.
  4. The client is responsible for providing the information and materials required to perform the service in a timely manner.
  1. If the client wishes to cancel, this can be done free of charge within 24 hours after confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. After this period, a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the costs already incurred.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel services if they cannot be performed within the agreed period.
  1. All agreements between the client and Digikwal are governed by Dutch law.
  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
  3. If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared null and void, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
